Family-run. Operator-led.
Nobody else like us.
Not private equity. Not a holding company portfolio brand. A contact center built by people who have spent their careers on the floor.
Started in 2011 with 60 seats and a belief.
Expivia was born from a simple idea: build the contact center we would want to hire. No offshoring. No hidden fees. No layers of bureaucracy between the client and the people doing the work.
We started with 60 seats in Erie, Pennsylvania. Today we operate 600+. The growth came from results, not marketing spend. Clients stayed because the quality was real. And they told other people.
In 2016 we were named Erie Startup of the Year. Since then we have grown into one of the most respected independent contact centers in the country. We built OttoQA, our own AI quality assurance platform, because nothing on the market scored 100% of calls. NICE invited us onto their CXone Executive Council because we know the platform better than any other BPO.
We are still family-run. Still operator-led. Still in Erie. Still 100% USA.
Operators, not executives.
60 seconds on why Expivia exists.
Tom Laird. On the floor. No script.
2840 W 21st Street. Erie, PA.
Not a virtual office. A real building in a real American city. We are one of the largest private employers in Erie. Our agents live here, work here, and stay here.
Founded by Tom Laird.
Tom grew up in a family-owned call center. 30 years in the industry. He started Expivia because he believed the BPO model was broken and wanted to prove there was a better way.
